Q: What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
A: We currently do not allow pets. No exotic pets allowed.

Q: Is my security deposit refundable?
A: Less any damages. (Per lease agreement)

Q: If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
A: Contact Property Manager.

Q: What utilities are included in my lease?
A: Utilities are included in your monthly rent except phone and cable.

Q: How long is the term of the lease?
A: We currently offer 12 month leases.

Q: Do you accept leases for short terms?
A: On a case by case basis.

Q: If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
A: By calling our 24 maintenance hotline: (502) 370-3318 .

Q: When is my rent payment due?
A: On the 1st day of the month.

Q: What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
A: On the 5th.

Q: Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
A: In the night drop box.

Q: There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
A: A guest can stay up to seven consecutive days. Any time longer needs to be approved by management.

Q: Do you have reserved parking?
A: No, we have ample parking for all of our residents

Q: I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
A: In open parking space

Q: My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
A: Yes, they need to be listed as occupants on your lease.

Q: Do you have cable services?
A: All apartments are wired for cable.

Q: Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
A: Yes, we will hold your packages in the office as a courtesy to you.
